Stef's Events Client Data Form with Contract
Rates for Event Planning Services range from 13-15% of the total event cost,
including products, services and goods. The Event Planning fee allows a specific number of included hours. For each $1,000
spent on an event, you will receive 3 included Event Planning hours. Additional Billable Hours will be charged by the quarter
hour at a rate of $35 per hour. Rates for on-site Event Management will be at a rate of no less than $40 per hour with a minimum
of 4 hours per event. Time is logged and recorded in such quarter hours.
Minimum Fees may apply to events under
$10,000.
